How to file a complaint?

VllesaPagesa RIA Money Transfer aims to provide reliable and fast services to all customers. Therefore, we welcome all your suggestions, recommendations and complaints.

To file your complaint, you can contact us through several channels:

Your complaint will be dealt with promptly. Complainants will be informed in writing of the resolution of their complaint, electronically or by telephone, or at the complainant's preference, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from its receipt. If the complaining parties do not agree with the resolution of their complaint, particularly with regard to their rights, then the parties may choose other forms of complaint as follows:

1. Send the complaint to the Central Bank of Kosovo;

2. Send the complaint to another public authority or alternative dispute resolution mechanism, if applicable; or

3. File a lawsuit in court.
