Pay the Loan Installment

Pay your Credit Card dues.
BKT now offers you the opportunity to perform Cash Deposit transactions through all payment offices authorized by BKT Kosovo.
By depositing funds into the account through VllesaPagesa offices, customers can also make credit card and loan payments automatically.
Resident clients – must be equipped with an ID card and have their phone with them as they will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the Deposit transaction.
Non-resident clients – must be equipped with a Passport, a client number with BKT Kosovo and have their phone with them as they will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the Deposit transaction.
The transaction has a commission according to the BKT price list in force and is the same as the deposit commission at BKT Kosovo branches.
This service is only offered to individual clients for deposits into personal accounts and excludes deposits from third parties and any transactions into business accounts.
In the future, the possibility of withdrawing money at VllesaPagesa branches will also be offered.
*The maximum daily deposit limit is 5,000 EURO.
